At 20:20 on Tuesday, May 11, 2021 the Nesconset Fire Department was alerted to a report of a Motor Vehicle Accident with an overturned vehicle at the intersection of Lake Avenue South and Burgundy Lane. Arriving units found a vehicle on its side and all occupants out of the vehicle. Units on scene cleared debris from the roadway and applied absorbent to leaked fluids. Ambulance 4-4-6A, First Responder 4-4-80, Heavy Rescue 4-4-9 and Engine 4-4-2 operated on scene under the command of Assistant Chief Frank Ragona. All units cleared the scene at 20:39 but were requested back to the incident location at 21:19 for additional fluid leaking from the vehicle after it was uprighted by the towing company. All units returned to service at 21:30.
