At 18:15 on Tuesday March 9, 2021 the Nesconset Fire Department was activated for an Automatic Mutual Aid Request to the Ronkonkoma Fire Department for a reported Structure Fire on Philips Lane. A Nesconset firefighter was on scene prior to Fire Department arrival and ensured all occupants exited the building, performed a scene size up and relayed critical information to the first arriving units. Engine 4-4-1 responded and operated under the command of Chief AJ Anderson. All units cleared from the scene at 20:31 and returned to station.
