Ladder Company Two

Captain: Salvatore Rannazzisi

The Ladder Company searches for fire and life in coordination with the fire suppression by the Engine Company. The Ladder Company also ventilates the structure to improve conditions for the interior operations and they also overhaul the areas of the structure affected by the fire to ensure the fire is completely extinguished. The Ladder Company is also equipped and trained for specialized rescues and utilizes a Tower Ladder, Heavy Rescue Truck and SCUBA Response Truck. There are two Brush Trucks assigned to Ladder Company 2.

Ladder Company Members are cross trained to Engine Company assignments as well as various levels of EMS training to support the Department’s EMS Operations. One Ambulance is also assigned to Ladder Company Two.
