At 08:36 on Wednesday April 20, 2022 the Nesconset Fire Department was dispatched for mutual aid assistance to the Central Islip Fire Department for a Commercial Structure Fire on Veteran’s Memorial Highway. Tower Ladder 4-4-7 responded and set up operations on the east side of the fire structure. Firefighters from 4-4-7 also assisted with opening up the exterior of the structure to aid in the fire suppression efforts. All members operated under the command of Third Assistant Chief AJ Anderson and returned to station at 10:20.
