At 21:19 on Wednesday January 27 the Nesconset Fire Department was activated for a Mutual Aid request to the Hauppauge Fire Department for a Rapid Intervention Team response to a Working Structure Fire. Heavy Rescue 449 responded to the incident location at Atlantic Place and Gloria Boulevard. The RIT team operated under the command of Chief AJ Anderson until released from the scene at 22:42.
