Nesconset Fire Department responds to a heavy rescue motor vehicle accident in front of Costco on Middle Country Road around 4:47pm. Under the command of 1st Assistant Chief John Martins, three people needed to be extricated. A total of 5 people one with serious injuries where transported to Stony Brook Hospital.
