Nesconset Fire Department responded to a motor vehicle accident at the corner of Route 347 and Southern Boulevard at around 8:30 am. Four patients where transported to Stony Brook University Hospital. Smithtown Fire Department was mutual aid for one ambulance. Firefighters from Nesconset secured both vehicles and applied speedy dry to the fluid spills.
